Priority Care Centres
SA Health and Wellbeing SA, in partnership with the Adelaide Primary Health Network and General Practices, established four Priority Care Centres across metropolitan Adelaide. These centres have been providing community-based healthcare and treatment for patients who would otherwise be seeking a service from an SA Health Emergency Department.
To tell the story of the pilot program’s success, CREW filmed and produced a series of featurettes that showed how each part of the health system has benefited from Priority Care Centres.
