The Lights

A significant community structure, The Lights has five international standard basketball courts, a number of multi-function rooms and spaces designed for indoor sports and community groups. Hybrid won the tender for the provision of a marketing and communications plan and was tasked with creating the creative direction for the Centre’s collateral and providing all marketing up to its opening day.

Crew wanted to ensure The Lights brand, launch and marketing reflected this intent in every way; a vibrant and dynamic place, bright with life and activity. We commissioned a local City of Port Adelaide Enfield artist and photographer, Denis Smith, to creative our hero shots using his unique light painting technique. These hero shots covered all the sports and activities available at The Lights and were used in all marketing elements including outdoor, signage, brochures and all digital media. They also feature on the Lights website that the team at Crew developed. The digital marketing alone attracted a huge following and opening day was a huge success.
